So guessing it could be your birthday? I know you get all cagey about the actual date, so Happy Birthday to you for your birthday which I know is in May but have never been able to actually pin down! Some wise words in this list indeed & a lot that resonate with me too. Just wish I’d realised a lot of this a long long time ago! Kindness is something we could all show a bit more of and the world would be a nicer place. Best of all it doesn’t cost anything :) xx
Ah, that made me laugh. Particularly the ‘hell yes’ (I try to apply that principle when buying clothes) and the last one. Very appropriate for today *sigh*.

I love this post Kat – the best thing I’ve read all year!
I have been thinking a lot recently about number 9 – the most successful people I know are the most generous.
I am however most concerned about number 32 – you owned a lilac shell suit!!???****

Read this lovely blogpost by Kat, (and do follow her): 33 Things I Have Learned http://t.co/46bUPRFlYV
Love this Kat! And I agree with most of them… kindness I think is underrated, and the only way to live your life. x
Love it, happy Birthday fabulous, smiley beautiful lady. xx
I love this, especially number 12. Kindness is so underrated but research has shown that doing little acts of kindness not only cheers your soul but also of those on the receiving end and even the casual observer. It reminded me of a quote, by the Buddha I think, about stopping to think before we speak, to ask ourselves .. ”is it true? is it kind? is it helpful?”. And you’ve also reminded me that I blogged about kindness once upon a time because it means so much to me http://nipitinthebud.wordpress.com/2011/08/15/k-is-for/
I love this. In fact I resemble most of this. Will have to pay homage on my birthday!
Love this. Inspirational yet again. Happy Birthday!
Wow, I feel like I know you–a complete stranger–after reading this. Happy birthday! You’ve inspired me to make a list next year. :-*
Love this Kat. Great post, some will definitely stick with me. And yes, I too owned a Lilac Shell suit. *hangs head in shame*
P.S. I am totally stealing this idea for my birthday. It is in a few months so I am sure you won’t notice ;)
