Betsy’s Wardrobe
I love newborns dressed in white baby-grows, nothing distracting from their gorgeous newness.
When Betsy turned 12 weeks I dressed her in a cute Molo romper and posted a picture to Instagram with the tag #BetsysWardrobe. For the last three months (because yes, oh my, she is actually six months old) I have been capturing her outfits and collecting them on Instagram.
Perhaps it is because she is going to be our last baby that I feel a little sad when the clothes are so quickly outgrown. Knowing that this time I won’t be squirrelling them away but passing them on one way or another.
At six months Betsy is already taller than Milla was at one year and like Monty is wearing 80cm clothing even if the legs are a little long yet.
Looking at these pictures now reminds me just how much I love these clothes. Maybe I’ll keep the odd one or two in the hope that one day there will be grandchildren to wear them…

I mostly shop at: Juicy Tots, Little Baby Company, Love it Love it Love it, Sisters Guild, Tootsa MacGinty, and eBay.
The majority of these clothes are on their second or third baby and are still in excellent condition. By spending a little more in the first place I think I have had exceptional value for my money.

Betsy is SO delicious, and I love following the #BetsysWardrobe tag on Instagram. She wears some gorgeous clothes and classic prints.
Your point about getting good value by spending more is spot on. Unless you know which season all those clothes from, you’d never guess which are new and which aren’t. They will definitely last for grandchildren, and imagine how amazing it will be to unpack them in 20-30 years time and hand them on to Milla, Monty or Betsy.

She’s in a Tots Bots cloth nappy in these pictures but we also use BumGenius which I would go for with a toddler.
