Milla and I have been working on the transition to full time potty use. She is, of course, exceptional and I can mostly let her get on with it. I was gossiping on the phone this morning with a good chum. When I finished she was sat on her potty.
Me: Are you doing a wee?
Milla: Nope, a poo.
Me: Ah ok.
Milla: I missed a bit.
Me: *looks down at foot* oh…
Oh dear. I hope you haven’t been barefoot…
Oh dear. I was telling Rosemary about how babies need lots of changes of clothes, because they poo a lot and it often leaks, and she asked, ‘And do we eat the poo?’ Huh? No idea where that came from! Not looking forward to going through the whole nappy changing and then potty training again, I must say.

@elsie – Born June 2007 & March 2009. Did nothing more than discuss where wee & poo go and stop putting her in nappies. Lots of misses to begin with but fewer and fewer after a week or so. She will get there in the end, we all do :0)

i feel a little envious that she is at least attempting to do it in the potty – Betty will not even sit on it, no matter how much I bribe her with treats! How old are your two? i reckon they are about the same as my two… x
